EXTRUDING PRODUCTION LINE

Extruding equipments: 62 extruding machines of various specification including 3000-9000 ton extruding line:4, and 600-2350 ton extrding line:58.

Characteristics: Heatinig the billet by gas-burning evenly and quickly , cooling the profile by balanced intensive cooling system, it can produce aluminum alloy of 2XXX,5XXX,6XXX,7XXX series and so on. Equipped with triplicate pulling system, it can produnce different kinds of big size of industrial profiles with CCD 720mm usedfor traffice, electronic,building etc.
